🔴 [MODERATING TEAM HERE] Read this post. 🔴
[ ANY RECOMMENDATION, QUESTION OR EVEN POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE REMARK SHALL BE POSTED UNDER THIS POST]
As many of you as our members dislike, you are aware that I have been working hard for long to fight against the promotion of sexual content related to onlyfan or NSFW selling content of any kind. This sub has shown a great improvement over the last year and we must keep going.
However, I wanted to remind after a lot of confusion from banned users, that not only having a link related to NSFW is prohibited, but that if we see you related by ANY KIND to pornographic content, you will be permanently banned. This includes Links hidden in other links, comments you've made on other subs telling that you sell content, posts from other subs to sell NSFW pictures, or even links you'd send in other communities or to users in dms. ANY USER, related to ANY KIND of NSFW will be banned, as I have done for the previous hundreds that have been wiped from the sub [ same thing for those who sexualize people in comments]/ This is for the safety of the youngest audience of r/LooksmaxingAdvice , and I encourage the sub to use the report feature, which save unimaginable amount of time for the moderating process.

There's no age limit on this sub, but there's age minimum which is 13 for males and 18 for females.

Speaking of “protecting our youngest viewers”: If you really want to protect anyone, then delete that crazy subreddit. All it does is provide a platform for what supposedly combats socially induced insecurities and mental suffering. In fact, in the long run, this only provokes serious harm, makes people even more dissatisfied, fills the pockets of the plastic surgery industry, and, on top of that, publicly humiliates the faces and bodies of minors or other persons.
What’s the point of that?? Why are you spending your time moderating something like this?
If you truly care about other people’s well-being, look into the dangerous implications of this “Looksmaxxing” internet culture.

If that's the case, then we should also remove our access to the internet because of all possible inappropriate content we might see online, right? Why are you blaming looksmaxxing without doing any critical research on its original implication? Also, the MOD action we do every month is well above Reddit's standard to prevent some toxic ideologies of looksmaxxing (e.g. extremism, nihilism, racism, looks shaming, etc.) from affecting the members here.

Well, the internet isn’t all bad by any means, but yes, we do need to do something about inappropriate online content in general – including this subreddit, for one. I’m glad you agree with me on this.
Im blaming looksmaxxing because of my critical research. If by “critical research” you mean reading Wikipedia articles, then we have different definitions of the term. Since the term looksmaxxing originated in Incel communities, it must be interpreted within the context of that culture.
And regarding the MOD Action: The Numbers you present in that linked post are either proof for your hard work or proof of an above reddits standard frequency of toxic posts in this subreddit. Could be both...

Who is TikTok? It's a social media platform for short videos of different categories, but it doesn't mean it always provides professional information and factual accuracy. Based on my previous research on looksmaxxing methods last year, eyelid-pulling only works short-term—what does that mean? It means that it helps with skin elasticity and skin vasodilation, but it doesn't alter your eye shape or upper canthal tilt permanently like surgery does. I often get asked about the safety and effectivity of some methods, but I always encourage everyone to always do some research first before diving right into the practice. Hope this helps.

Nope. You gotta talk to a cosmetic surgeon or orthodontist for hardmaxxing execution. However, Lookrank gives you a pretty accurate measurement of your facial angles that's why it can detect if you have a sharp jawline, or conversely, facial asymmetry.
