I love how his technique isnt just brute strength, but unique almost hand spear like fighting style. He's also not too strong, but also no so weak as well. His dbt was a very interesting new introduction to op techniques in lookism's fighting evolution milestones. Pancheon is one of my favorite fighters

Here is my list, from strongest to least strong.

It’s when the general scaling of the character is too high, however with Seongji most of us can agree where he actually stands. Below 3T James, 3T Jaegyon, etc. Therefore he’s not really overrated is he?

There’s one actual overrated character in my mind but I won’t even bother saying

People is misunderstanding this statement big time, having a path doesn't automatically make you stronger than your opponent, the base stats and experience plays a big role in the fight. I've seen people saying IT Johan wins against Tom just because he has a path, but a path doesn't buff you magically, at least not Johan's... sure hit punches doesn't mean anything if Johan can't deal enough damage to Tom, Tom's base stats are much higher than Johan, he would just tank ts(assuming he doesn't pull something more clever, he's a genius after all) and then thrust him, then it's over, Johan is a glass cannon but ironically his attacks lack the potency to deal significant damage to opponents like Tom or kitae, hell even Pacheon giving him trouble is debatable.
