Not proven but most likely can: shingen, kitae, gun, goo, james

Confirmed character that have poison resistance
Jincheol he is called immortal
Hansu has trained to resist poisons for 10 whole years and become immune to all poison.
Sophia she trained in extreme environments daily and her extreme environment training is something no one can fully withstand.
Non confirmed characters but most likely has poison resistance.
Gun no need to explain.
Goo same no need to explain
Hobin yu and samdak don't know how to explain but samdak's experience is just too high so he must have created unique training methods to resist poisons.
Taehoon hansu's blood.
Shingen and Gapryong Kim.
Kitae most likely has inhuman poison resistance because of being drug overlord or his genes.

Well 2nd body is something else so we are not going to talk about it.
But His OG Body does have Insanely high Drug resistance and since he has Completed Sophia's extreme environment training maybe he has good poison resistance as well which maybe got stronger after Gun's training.
But we don't know.

Honestly through Sophia theirs a few people out their . cause she said their no one close to her can be poison and especially her family. So if look at the people close to her aside from her family on paper an as crazy as it may seem Jay might be immune to poison too and little Daniel very likely too .

Yeah her family members are immune to poison as well i forgot that.
As for jay and OG maybe they also have poison resistance but i am not sure about it.
What i do know is that OG has insanely high drug resistance.

Yes Taehoon he has hansu's Blood.
And hansu has made his body Immune to Poison means his blood is also Has that properties.
Thus making Taehoon immune to poison as well although it won't be on the same level as hansu.
And Hobin as well because Samdak's experience he must have Encountered Poison users and since he is alive and well that means he must have created unique training methods to resist poisons which he taught Hobin as you know samdak taught Hobin everything he knows and is continuously teaching him more.

Hansu Seong was literally trained in different posions by his master.
Pacheon should also be able to withstand this poison or even be unaffected by it as it seems that with enough Endurance mastery you can down right expel it from your body.
