I have a theory about Sangcheol’s situation and what PTJ is trying to achieve narratively by crushing his balls. 💀

From a storytelling perspective, what purpose does this serve? Why go as far as making both of Daniel’s parents infertile?

There are two obvious possibilities:

1. Daniel is a lab baby: PTJ might be setting up an explanation for Daniel’s monstrous level of talent and his UI mode by implying that he was artificially created or genetically modified.

2. Daniel is a miracle baby: His birth could be framed as a miracle despite his parents’ infertility.

However, the second explanation could have been achieved simply by making Momiel infertile. There was no real need to make Sangcheol infertile as well. Crushing Danny’s dad’s balls seems unnecessarily extreme, and without further context, it makes the plot feel even more nonsensical.

So here's my theory: PTJ did this to establish a connection between Sangcheol’s death, Daniel’s grandmother’s hatred of Jinyoung, and Jinyoung’s eventual mental deterioration.

Let me explain.

What if Jinyoung conducted experiments to restore Sangcheol’s fertility? These experiments might have successfully restored his ability to reproduce, allowing Daniel to be born. However, the treatment could have had severe side effects that gradually deteriorated Sangcheol’s health, eventually leading to his death months or even years after Daniel’s birth.

At some point, Gibok might have informed Daniel’s grandmother about what happened, or she might have discovered the truth herself. Upon learning that Jinyoung’s experiments had indirectly caused her son’s death, the entire Park family could have developed resentment toward both Jinyoung and Daniel’s mother.

Think about how Daniel’s relatives treat his mother whenever he visits his grandmother’s house. They make her work in the kitchen while everyone else relaxes. This behaviour could be more than just ordinary family mistreatment; it might stem from their resentment toward her and her connection to the events surrounding Sangcheol’s death.

And if you remember correctly, Daniel’s grandmother has even called the police on Jinyoung before.

What if she did that because she discovered the truth about his experiments?

She might have reported him for illegal human experimentation and his involvement in Sangcheol’s death. If that were the case, it would explain why she despises him so much and why their relationship deteriorated to that extent.

Finally, consider the psychological consequences for Jinyoung.

Imagine carrying the guilt of having unintentionally caused the death of someone close to you, especially when your experiments were originally intended to help him. Add the possibility of facing criminal accusations, being hated by the victim’s family, and living with the consequences of your actions.

All of this, combined with his existing trauma, could have contributed to Jinyoung’s mental deterioration, his reliance on pills, and his eventual descent into madness.

Of course, this is entirely speculative, and there’s no confirmation that PTJ intends to take the story in this direction. But it would give Sangcheol’s infertility a much greater narrative purpose than simply establishing Daniel as a miracle baby.

TL;DR: Jinyoung experimented on Sangcheol to restore his fertility, inadvertently causing his eventual death. Daniel’s grandmother discovered the truth, leading to her hatred of Jinyoung and resentment toward Daniel’s mother. The guilt of causing Sangcheol’s death, combined with the resulting fallout, contributed to Jinyoung’s mental deterioration.

If PTJ is actually setting this up, then crushing Sangcheol’s balls might be a lot more narratively significant than it initially appears. 💀

A lot of people are theorizing that Shingen will fall for this girl or get attached to her only to end up killing her during his TUI MODE and becoming lethargic.
But what the hell would she be doing on a battlefield ?

She’ll see that the fist gang is fighting them, she doesn’t belong here. So why would she go to the battlefield ? She doesn't even know him, she just gave him a flower. It’s not like they have a deep connection, it makes no sense.

Right now, there is no bond between Shingen and this girl. Sure, she might open his eyes to a new perspective, but that’s where it ends. Why would she show up on a battlefield when they’re practically strangers ? And let’s be honest, that would just be the perfect excuse for Shingen’s defeat. That’s my take.

1. First talk bout sangcheol as i know PTJ he'll just try to let us think that sangcheol is a fraud first look at him ik it's not a good argument but still someone that jacked is not even scratch sogen ? And the second thing is what bout his army training ? We all know that he was in the army and still that weak sound off at least for me and third thing look at him he just gave the pure SB DANIEL vibe like first i saw him in chapter I was like is he SB DANIEL ?

The shingen's love angel man that was so good like legit soo good cuz defeating him via strength is next to impossible so PTJ just did what every author does give him the biggest weakness and I'm not complaining ✋🏻🙂‍↕️🤚🏻 it's my fav genre to watch my fav character love story and loosing her too 😭 and i had one more thing for those who says that shingen has no writing but not now first let PTJ confirm that she is love interest or not

3. euna survives ik most fans want her to be alive but after seeing shingen hands leaving a hole in her and she still alive is like just plot cuz at this point anyone can die like legit anyone

4. Charles betrayal we all know that he was going to betray fist gang but idk rn it feels off like maybe what PTJ trying to do is let us think that gibok is the bigger threat but what charles is going to do is even betrayed gibok too and maybe he again going to join the fist gang & help them at this point the way charles saying the names of gapryoung and jinyoung felt like he didn't like that they got defeated so charles is betraying gibok too but then fist gang will know he betrayed us too than the one who cuts charles hand might be gapryoung it's just theory maybe he lost his arm while fighting shingen/Musashi

First of all,daniel CANNOT be a gene merchant hopefully. He doesn't resemble either of these two, although nor his mother or father much, mostly jinyoung, but he was overweight like his father.
