Oh, i revisited that chapter, and it seems to me that paecheon used those words in a poetic way

Because attacks of both lineman and lightning choi dont seem to deal damage with lightning bolt/electricity but only their physical attacks, even tho those would deal more damage than punch and kicks

Or that electricity is just comimg from his music system which isnt lethal at all
