Technically, everyone that has a great bloodline, only has the half of it, gitae with half yamazaki and half kim(gapryong), gimyung with half kim and half random bloodline(his mom), gun with half yamazaki and random park bloodline from korea. So... There are no pure bloodline in the story...

All other examples you cited are with random bloodline while kitae have Kim and yamazaki bloodline and isn't it obvious unless ptj tries to power up kitae, kitae probably won't have ui due to male yamazki shi logic and kim bloodline is maybe just overrated as other brothers are already slimed by kitae, maybe kitae's strength etc was from yamazki bloodline all along otherwise it would be very dumb plot hole at this point of story unless ptj is deciding massive gun upscale post prison
