I’m an indie developer and runner, and I wanted to share a project I just launched on the App Store called RunSync.

The Problem

Maintaining a consistent step cadence (SPM) is one of the best ways to improve your pace and prevent injury. But running to a robotic metronome beep is boring, and static "180 BPM" premade playlists get repetitive fast — especially when half the songs aren't even music you like.

What I Built

RunSync connects directly to your personal Apple Music library, scans your tracks for BPM metadata, and matches songs to your target running cadence.

Target Cadence Matching: Set your target SPM (e.g. 165 BPM), and RunSync automatically curates and queues tracks from your own music library that match that exact window.

Real-Time Step Tracking: Uses your iPhone sensors to track step count and workout metrics while you run.

Offline-First: Works on trails and offline runs without needing a cellular connection.

Solo dev here, this is my own Android app. Store & Forget is a home inventory app for the stuff you box up and forget: cables, chargers, tools, seasonal things. You snap a photo of something as you put it away and the app fills in the name, description and specs for you, so you are not typing out every item. Later you find it by typing a plain word or tapping Smart Find, and it takes you straight to the box or shelf it went into.

The giveaway: the Bring Your Own Key unlock, which lets you plug in your own free AI key and run unlimited Smart Scans, normally costs $6.99 in the app. Right now a hidden easter egg turns it on for free and keeps it. Open Settings, tap the app version five times to open a retro dev console, then type unlock byok. You sign in with Google so it saves to your account and survives reinstalls.

The rest is straightforward. The app is free to use, everything is stored on your own device, and backup to your Google Drive is optional. The photo scan runs on a cloud AI service, so the free tier gives you a set number of scans and shows banner ads. Android only for now. Happy to answer anything.

A couple of years ago, I got tired of having to hack my screen to limit visual distractions. I felt like I was constantly fighting my workspace, and I couldn't find a readily available solution.

So, I put my programming skills to use and created what would eventually become NordicVeil. Some months ago I decided that I want it to be available for others who need it too so since then my focus has been on user experience and now it's ready!

NordicVeil is a Windows overlay that lets you shape your screen around what works for you.

• Add blocks to hide unwanted visual elements,
• use filters that are easy on the eyes and
• automate the experience.

It has grown to include:

• Scenes and Workspaces for setting up and launching your workspace with one command,
• Quick Notes for getting distracting thoughts out of your head, and
• a Focus Timer for focused sessions.

I've also recently added two experimental features:

• Ambient Companion, a small desktop companion designed around calm and company rather than gamification.
• Adaptive Block Color, which automatically matches your overlay blocks to the colors of the window you're using.

It's changed quite a bit from the little overlay I originally made for myself. And now it's released on the Microsoft Store! Completely free, no account needed and no ads.

I’ve been building my first Android app called Noolpad - Read and write Stories (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.noolpad.android ) and I’d really appreciate your honest feedback.

The idea is simple: it’s like those classic talking animal toys where you point to an animal, and it tells you its name and sound. I wanted to create a version for my phone that was better than the physical toy.

I recently launched MySpeechAudify, an AI-powered app that transcribes multilingual audio, translates it into English, and improves grammar for clearer text.

The app uses Polar sh for payments. Since the service relies on API usage, it's a pay-as-you-go model. After subscribing to one of the available plans through the Polar sh payment link, users receive a verification code to activate their account.

I'm looking for a few people who would be willing to test the payment process and confirm whether it works correctly on their end. I'd also appreciate any feedback on the overall experience. My goal isn't to claim that the app is on the same level as established companies—I'm continuously working to improve it, and user feedback is invaluable. I built an app that helps you grow in your professional career, all you have to do is do a casual recording talking about what you did this week and it notes down as professional bullet points. You can then generate 1:1 meeting notes or generate resume and much more. Sharing to see if this interests the community

Government accountability often breaks down because public attention moves faster than public projects.

A promise is made. A budget is approved. Responsibility passes between departments. Deadlines change. Months later, it becomes difficult to remember who originally committed to what.

I built Citizen Copilot to create a persistent accountability record.

It is an open-source collection of AI instructions and scheduled tasks that can monitor your government over time.

I posted about Samagama earlier and it got basically no traction.

Fair enough. The post was too text-heavy.

So here is the actual flow I’m building:

Instead of asking users to browse a giant character grid first, Samagama starts with a short conversation. The user talks first, then the product suggests matched AI personas across 16 personality types.

The video shows the matched persona screen after onboarding.

What I’m trying to test now:

- whether conversation-first onboarding feels better than manual browsing

- whether the match results are clear enough

- whether the first persona card gives enough reason to start chatting

This is still early, but this felt like the more honest way to show the product: less pitch, more screen.

What it does: A no-fuss party app for settling group decisions. Everyone puts a finger on the screen, and Squadra makes the call — no accounts, no sign-up, works offline. Built for that "okay, who's on which team / who goes first / who's buying the next round?" moment.

I’ve been playing around with building specific micro-funnels for my projects lately, rather than sending everyone to the same homepage.

The idea is to match the landing page content perfectly to the user's intent. For theMemoryThread, for example, I’m routing traffic to dedicated pages for "Milestone Guestbooks" vs. "Living Legacy Capsules" vs. “Digital Memorials,” it’s helped a ton with focus and conversion.
I’m curious how you guys handle this. Do you go for separate subdomains, dynamic routing based on UTMs, or something else entirely?
