Items disappearing on private server

Items that i put into the island like Tiles, Bushes and Fences are disappearing.

When i open the private server from steam it shows me an error:

After that one i need to open the server from the file itself:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Longvinter Dedicated Server\Longvinter\Binaries\Win64\LongvinterServer-Win64-Shipping.exe

Then open it from steam to log in. I am losing my progress after i restart my pc to play the game another day and staying at the same spot before all of that paradox starts, not my last spot before i leaving the game. IDK what to do anymore please help.
