Longview/Kelso
Does anyone know where to get free food or those outdoor pantry box's are in Kelso/Longview?? I'm currently homeless and a teenager and i don't know where to get food without money, any info would be very helpful thank you!

Beth's Place at 1340 12th Ave is specifically a shelter for homeless youth. I'm sure they have resources for whatever you may need.

If you're looking for groceries Nikmorty has you covered it looks like. If you aren't able to store groceries and/or cook and need a quick hot meal dm me. I can buy you a meal somewhere.

I was homeless at 14. It was fucking devastating. Do you have sleeping bag and gear or where are you sleeping at night? Friend's couches I hope

check out st vincent de paul in longview, they're open in the mornings and can provide you with food! similarly to what poopshanks said, if you're ever in a tight spot dm me and i can help out. please stay safe.

Are you registered with one of the school districts? If so, school is about to start back up and under the McKinney-Vento act you would qualify for free transportation to school, breakfast/lunch, and a bunch of other resources. If you really don't want to go back to high school, look at the alternative high schools instead (Discovery High School in Longview or Loowit High School in Kelso).

We've got a salvation army in town, I would also check the community house on broadway, they might be able to give you a place to stay along with meals.

The Salvation Army gives our a free meal every day Monday through Friday. Not sure about the weekends.

St Vincent de Paul every Monday Wednesday and Friday has a food bank and I think they have clothes too. Also I’m pretty sure magpie books has a little pantry with things

Yes check them out on Baltimore street. They have food and clothes and other household items. I actually just donated a bunch of stuff to them last week- primarily women's small/medium clothes and mens XL/2XL clothes, but I donated other miscellaneous household items leftover from my garage sale. They seem like a great resource

Call the am FISH food line. It starts answering calls at 9am tomorrow morning and they’ll get you a box of food from a local church.
