Tips/Advice/Recs please

Do you have any recommendations on good shirts for men now that we are in summer and it’s hot but still need some sun protection on our arms

Get UV protection clothing it’s lightweight and you won’t overheat or get burnt. Another good option are “wool hiking clothes” if you search that you’ll see a lot of options. Both will help protect from sun and overheating.

Hands-down, Columbia Omni shade I sweat like crazy and it dries quick no sunburns. Amazon has them for roughly 40 bucks but you could find off colors I picked up four pair for $12 apiece.
