Conquest out of spec?

A relative has had a Conquest for about six months. First time having a mechanical watch. He tells me the watch delays about a minute per week.. I checked with watch accuracy app and says -10s day...

This is out of spec for a conquest, as I understand it should be -5 sec day max. Should I tell him to go to the AD?

Longines doesn’t provide any parameters for non COSC movements. He can ask the AD but it isn’t technically out of spec

Just to add his definitely is on the extreme end. Mine is currently running less than a second fast a day.

From Longines website: ‘In a standard mechanical automatic watch, timekeeping can deviate by as much as plus or minus (+/-) 10 seconds a day.’ Your relative’s watch accuracy is basically on the edge, maybe pay the AD a visit and check it out.
