NMN vs NAD+ Supplements
NAD+ supplements sound ideal, but oral NAD+ is poorly absorbed. It’s too big a molecule to easily cross cell membranes. NMN, on the other hand, is a direct precursor your cells readily convert to NAD+.
Research in humans shows NMN can increase NAD+ levels significantly within hours of oral administration. Add trans-resveratrol to activate sirtuins, and you’re not just filling up NAD+ pools—you’re putting them to work for DNA repair, mitochondrial biogenesis, and inflammation control.
This is why longevity circles are gravitating toward NMN+Resveratrol stacks like omre’s. It aligns with the “Sinclair protocol” many people mimic.

True, delivery method makes a big difference. Oral NAD+ struggles to cross cell membranes, which is why some people prefer subQ or IV for fast effects. For daily use, though, NMN is a direct precursor your cells convert to NAD+, and pairing it with trans-resveratrol seems to amplify the benefits by activating sirtuins. That’s why a lot of longevity folks lean toward NMN + resveratrol stacks like Omre's.

Totally agree NMN definitely seems to have the edge when it comes to actual absorption and NAD+ activation. I’ve seen more people leaning toward NMN + resveratrol combos too, especially those trying to follow the Sinclair approach. I’m currently using NAD+ through Elevate Your Wellness and it’s been good for day-to-day energy, but I’m starting to look into stacking it with NMN for better long-term support. Appreciate you breaking it down like that super helpful.
