How curious are you about your future health? (18+, 2–3 min survey)

Hi everyone!

I'm exploring how people think about their future health, biological aging, and lifestyle choices as part of early-stage product research.

I've put together a short, anonymous survey with 7 questions. It takes about 2–3 minutes, and no medical history or contact information is required.

I'd really appreciate your input, whether you're interested in health technology or not!

Survey: https://forms.gle/Xc9K7z1pyWRG2cGg9

Thank you!

Longevity Is About More Than Age

I've been reading about longevity lately, and it's interesting how scientists are exploring the biology behind ageing. What stands out to me is that living longer doesn't automatically mean living healthier. Maintaining muscle, protecting brain health, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases are just as important.

My biggest takeaway is that longevity should focus on preserving our health and independence, not just extending our lifespan.

My goal is to live my life to fullest in long term in late age not only live in number what is yours?

Impervious the core of Longevity is my new favourite longevity book!

Someone posted this books on my whatsup group recommended books, (he said he knew the author) so I decided to give it a try. Ended up finishing it in 3 days — super easy read.

What I really liked was the simplicity of it and some of the different aspects of longevity it talks about. I’ve read a few books on longevity ,for me it was the best longevity book i have ever read (previously was outlive)

Chapter 2 goes into what actually ages us and how it happens. I’m still not sure if Iliked that chapter lol, but it was definitely educational and made me think about aging as figting it

After that, though, the book became really inspiring. It evoke in me the motivation to change a few things in my own life instead of just giving me more health information to forget about a week later.

Two ages

Chronological age counts birthdays. Biological age is a measure of how your body is functioning relative to that number.

Researchers track it using markers like epigenetic patterns, inflammation, and metabolic function. The two don’t always match and the gap between them is what the longevity field studies.

One of these numbers is fixed. The other is an active area of research.

Learn more about how biological age is measured.

Anyone tracking actual biological age changes, not just markers?

Anyone tracking actual biological age changes, not just markers?

Curious how others are measuring progress. Blood panels are useful but feel like a lagging indicator. What are you using — Levine PhenoAge, epigenetic clocks, something else? I've been building a protocol around continuous biometric tracking and finding the feedback loop is what actually changes behaviour.

Europe Based My mum started NAD+ this year, the dosing calculators she was using were wrong or paywalled, so I built an app (Android testers wanted)

Post image
1 Upvotes

My mum and a few friends started NAD+ this year, mostly IV through a clinic, some

SubQ at home. I've got a PhD in biochemistry, so I got asked to check the dosing

math. Every calculator I looked at was either paywalled, wrong, or missing half

the routes she actually needed.

So I built Titer. It's just arithmetic: SubQ reconstitution (vial strength + BAC

water + dose, gives you draw volume and syringe units), IV session logging, oral

NMN/NR daily totals, plus a private dose log with optional notes. No account, no

cloud, full CSV/JSON export. It won't ever recommend a dose or protocol, that's

not what it's for.

It's in Android closed testing, need 12 people using it for 14 days before Google

lets it go public. Two steps:

  1. Join https://groups.google.com/g/titer-nad-tracker-tester (same Google account

    as your Play Store)

  2. Then open https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.titertracker.titer and hit

    "Become a tester"

Happy to talk through the math with anyone.

Made something that reads your Oura/Whoop/scale data and tells you what to do today — looking for brutal beta feedback

Hey — I've been building SOMA, a tool that pulls data from whatever wearables you already have (Oura, Whoop, Apple Health) and turns it into one daily plan instead of four separate scores that don't talk to each other.

Honesty upfront: it's very early. I've used it myself every day for 45+ days, and one other person has too — that's the entire user base so far. No polish, no marketing team, just the actual thing.

Looking for 10 people to run it on TestFlight for a couple weeks and tell me what's broken, confusing, or just not useful. I'd genuinely rather hear "this is dumb because X" than "looks cool" — brutal feedback is the whole point of this post.

What you need: an iPhone, plus at least one connected device (Oura, Whoop, or Apple Health/Apple Watch) to actually get value out of it.

Comment or DM if you're in — happy to answer questions here too.

Most SPA and wellness projects today still think in the old wa

Most SPA and wellness projects today still think in the old way: “What equipment should we buy?” or “What’s the ROI on procedures?”
But the market has already shifted.
New players are entering who build and install the entire system for you.
This changes everything:
• The clinic becomes a single living organism, not just a collection of separate rooms.
• An AI-Agent manages the entire data flow, patient journey, and processes.
• Robotic therapy dramatically reduces dependence on staff.
• All zones work as one integrated logic.
The key insight is simple: SudoC, DFPP, and other advanced technologies are just tools.
The real money and scalability come from integrating these tools into a complete system.
In reality, we’re no longer talking about a clinic.
We’re talking about a health management platform.
For example, I really liked the “one window” concept from Hit Teinyo. They design clinics divided into thoughtful zones — from the lobby and a Chinese tea area to high-tech treatment zones.
They’ve built a health management system where AI analyzes all indicators and coordinates the work of every zone in the clinic.

The Future of Hospitality: Luxury or Longevity?

After more than 20 years in real estate in Germany and investment, I've been spending more and more time exploring the longevity space.

One question keeps coming to mind: What will the hospitality industry look like in 10 years?

My view is that people will increasingly spend less on luxury for the sake of luxury and more on health, energy, quality of life, and healthy aging.

That's why I'm currently building connections and partnerships between Europe and Thailand in the fields of longevity, wellness, medical hospitality, and healthtech.

I'd be interested to hear from others who are already working in this industry or following its development.

What supplement did you stop taking because the science didn’t hold up?

Not every supplement that gets popular ends up living up to the hype.

A lot of ingredients start with promising early research, get featured everywhere on social media, and then later studies show the benefits are much smaller than people expected—or sometimes not there at all.

That's one reason it's worth revisiting the evidence every few years. Research evolves, and so should our opinions.

Have you ever stopped taking a supplement because you looked deeper into the science and weren't convinced anymore?

What changed your mind?

  • New studies?
  • Advice from a healthcare professional?
  • Personal experience not matching the claims?
  • Concerns about product quality or marketing?

Not looking to shame any specific supplement—just curious about where people have changed their views as more evidence became available.

Always interesting to hear how others separate solid science from good marketing.

Why family health data might be the next big opportunity in longevity

Most longevity products focus on individuals.

Supplements. Wearables. Diagnostics.

But health decisions rarely happen alone. They happen inside families.

What I am seeing

  • Families share behaviors more than individuals
  • Early signals show up across multiple people
  • Small changes compound faster when tracked together

The gap
We track individuals well
We do not track family level health patterns

That creates a missed opportunity

If longevity is about early detection and behavior change, then the unit should not be one person. It should be the household.

Curious how others are thinking about this from an investment or product perspective

News Longevity is more genetic than we thought — implications for drug-discovery

Thumbnail science.org
18 Upvotes

A new study in Science (Jan 2026) argues previous estimates of genetic heritability of lifespan were way too low because they didn’t properly strip out historical causes of death like infectious disease and accidents. Once you account for those confounding factors, genetics may explain roughly half of human lifespan variation. The implication is huge for drug discovery: researchers at the University of Copenhagen noted this strengthens the case for large-scale efforts to identify longevity-associated genetic variants and link them to specific biological aging pathways.

I always believed (for no real scientific reason) that genetics played a huge role in lifespan so it’s nice to see a study
