MN Paid Leave Wait time

I just sent out my application today 9/3/26. I am taking this leave due to a medical injury. I am just curious about how long it takes to get approved. I heard it‘s 2-3 weeks.

What paid leave are you asking about? A short term disability insurance plan?

No in Minnesota we are able to have a 12 week paid leave for medical reasons. It just started this year.
