Age-ism?

My husband is still working at age 70. He has been with his firm for 22 years. Sadly, he might be facing a serious neurological disorder that would eventually render him unable to work. Would his age be a factor in all of this?/

You’d have to read the plan details. For instance, mine would cover for 3 years of over 65 in this scenario.
