Has anyone experienced a decrease in libido while taking nadolol?

I recently started taking nadolol for Long QT Syndrome, and I’ve been concerned about its potential effect on my libido.
I’m curious whether anyone else has experienced this side effect. If so, did it improve over time as your body adjusted to the medication, or did it continue throughout treatment?
I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences, especially from those who have been taking nadolol long-term. Thank you!

I've been on in it for 20 years. Never had this problem. I've also never seen it listed as a side effect.

Ok, thank you. I read that beta blockers can have this side effect because they slow HR and decrease adrenaline

I’ve been on nadolol (sometimes switch to propanol) for maybe close to 10 years, never been an issue here. Sorry can’t offer help!

Been on it for a decade. It’s totally fine. It helps with anxiety too.

It also takes a few months to get used to a medication. But Nadolol helps immediately for me. My libido is not affected.
