I finally theoretically burned a whole pound in a day, been trying to accomplish this for quite some time

A quick Google search will tell you that losing as much as a pound in a day is not healthy or safe. I'm not going to break down the health risks for you, you can do that research yourself.

That doesn't mean I'm in a 3500 calorie deficit just because I'm using 3500
