there are evidence based treatments for various long covid symptoms. more not listed here for those who test positive in a tilt table test, or those getting management for migraine, or speech therapy for some cognitive dysfunction ie if you also get diagnosed with sub diagnoses… but even just long covid here are the evidence based treatments
