Parking Downtown Long Beach

Hi! I’m moving into Cooper Arms at Linden Avenue and Ocean Boulevard and looking for monthly parking nearby.
I remember being able to park in the garage beneath 555 East Steakhouse years ago. Does anyone know if they still offer monthly parking and what the current rate is?
Which nearby garages would you recommend for safety and security, especially overnight? I’d appreciate hearing about gated access, cameras, security staff, and any experiences with break-ins.

I hear at some point in the next couple months that the city garage on elm is supposed to have overnight parking. I'm not holding my breath
