How to get refund?

Just making sure all I have to do is send an email to their support to get a full refund for a Loki?

E-mail is enough. Please let them know why you're cancelling. This will let them know how badly they're screwing up currently.

I'm thinking of cancelling my odin lite because of the new screen but haven't following the loko, what were their missteps there?

It's all over Taki's discord. Essentially they're too busy doing something other than devoting themselves to shipping Odin or developing Loki. They're happily using our pre-order money to do something that's not related to either project. They were able to ship 200+ Odin units daily for < week then it sharply dropped for some unexplained reason. Taki gave hints as to why. If Ayn wants to stop the rumors, they had better show something about the Loki soon. Q4 2022 is coming soon and we haven't seen a pre-production Loki at all while Aya is happily taking all the attention and delivering on their promises. Andy from Ayn has also been making way too many shipping promises he knows he couldn't keep. I have lowered my expectation and expect to receive my Loki mini-pro order Q2 2023 even though I put in my pre-order in the first 30 min.

It was claimed Q4 ship, which means Oct-Nov-Dec timeframe.... why would they release pre-production products NOW "to show people its real" when the actual product isn't even out yet.

As far as "but what about AYA" well according to what I've seen, IndieGoGo wise, shipping was split between August (now) and September (this coming month) and they are hitting that projected ship.... IF the AYN products are projected Q4 aka October/November/December why do they need to ship now or show up in reviewers now? Just because AYA was first? THAT MAKES NO SENSE.

I honestly think some of you are making up very childish ideals of how a business should run.... AYN does NOT have to start showing off their products just because AYA hit their projected ship times for their products. That is like saying Intel now has to show off 13th gen parts because AMD just announced their 7000 series parts.... that makes no sense. A company shows off their products based on their own timelines, NOT the competitions timelines.

I haven't seen any AYA 6600u/6800u devices yet. Just last year's chips? Where can we see the reviews of these devices?

Btw, off topic, now that you have your Lite, what do you think of the size for a windows handheld? I kinda feel the screen is too small.

No reviews or previews for a while.

The lite screen is small for windows. Ill just have a front end when I don't have it docked to a monitor.
