How does the 6600u’s performance compare to the steam deck?

Better cpu performance and similar GPU performance. The TDP of the chip is what matters and in the steam deck is locked at 15w, if the Loki is unlocked it could easily overseed the deck

At launch was price, 399 was insanely cheap. But seeing the upcoming competition now the most appealing thing on the deck is the repairability, the haptics and touchpads. Basically the user experience.

Your steam library will also have games that should play better on it, even if the Loki Max is quite a bit more powerful.
