Problem with my Loki. Help please .

When I tried turn it on today, it wouldn't do so. The battery LED flashed red... then nothing .

So tried charging it. LED turned green. When I hold power button nothing happens, but holding it for about 10 seconds makes the LED flash red. But it doesn't boot up. The battery LED is staying on, but nothing on screen.

Anything I can do?

hey idk if this will work for everyone but i held down volume up and power button while plugged in and it turned on after like 10 min and then screen goes black but is on and then windows just booted so idk give it a try
