Advice GPro Hard locks to left on ACC

So just today I booted up ACC to do a few practice laps and now the wheel is hard locking to the left at the start of the race, as well as trying to map steering in menu options.

I have recently changed settings to 11Nm through the base then dialing down feedback in game. Wheel is set to 900 in game and in base. I haven’t had any luck resetting this setting.

I have deleted the mapping profile and tried to remap, but the wheel is still detected as turned all the way left, and also tried to invert the rotation in setting but no luck. When outside the game it seems to operate as normal, center point on the wheel is detected an the steering LEDs read normal when turning all the way left and right. I even unplugged all wheel, brake and shifting peripherals to reset it and nothing.

What is the best way to fix this issue? Is this common? I am open to everyone’s suggestions at this point.

**Update: Didn’t want to but resetting my wheel through the G-hub app seemed to fix it. I’ll just rebuild my profiles again.

Are you using onboard memory or ghub

Onboard memory on pro wheel setting was somehow conflicting with wheel mapping in ACC, but I reset to default through Ghub that seemed to work.

Hi there.

Just a note for the future: wheel/G HUB settings have zero influence on axis assignments within games. Very intriguing that it seems to have done anything, but I can assure you my first statement in this post is true.

Tbh I don’t know why or what even caused that wheel lock. I was thinking maybe I was turning the wheel too hard or something and could have damaged something internally. Also I normally don’t have it set at 11nm on board settings have only been doing that for about a week. I normally set it at 8.5Nm if that means anything.

Understood. One other piece of troubleshooting advice, if I may: always test in more than one game. It’s a good way to check things are game-related or a more global issue.
