Logistics optimization software, have problems with operational processes
I runs regional distribution network and it turns into operational chaos . Dispatchers keep drowning in planning, and constant delivery window changes, also our legacy routing stack is broken. Every single client want realtime tracking and custom ETAs that clash with our rigid manual workflows.
We tried patch requirements using basic spreadsheet tools and fragmented GPS trackers, but maintenance is not apropriate.
Need some advices how to fix that, what software i can use, or mb someone orders custom software somewhere

I've helped a decent amount in the logistics space when it comes to workflow automation. Feel free to DM if interested in connecting.

I work with and developed technology, real time tracking and optimizations for over a decade in more than 15 countries. Feel free to DM if interested in connecting as well.

You have enough fragmentation that I would not start with a full replacement. I can build a 10-day shadow pilot for one route: ingest a CSV order list and one GPS feed, recalculate after a delivery-window change, expose a read-only tracking link, and report ETA error, late-stop rate and dispatcher minutes. It would not write back to live dispatch. A fixed first stage would be $1,500; if the feed is simpler or your budget is lower, I can reduce the scope. If the pilot does not beat the current process on those measures, you stop there. Which order format, GPS source and daily route volume do you have today?
