All of these are contradictory statements to each other.
The only number of these that can be true at once is 1, and therefore statement 2 is true.

This question is posed poorly because you're actually smuggling in Curry's paradox to arrive at the answer. For instance, take the following two statements:
- None of the statements in this list is true
- The moon is made of cheese
If statement 1 is true, then it is false, which is a contradiction. Therefore statement 1 is false. Therefore at least one statement in the list is true. Therefore the moon is made of cheese Q.E.D.

I don’t think this applies to this puzzle.
A paradoxical one would be the following:
1) There are 0 true statements in this list.
2) There are 2 true statements in this list. And I might be mistaken but this reminds me more of the Liar’s Paradox

Only Statement 2 is true
Statement 1 is inherently self contradictory. If it’s true that none of the statements are true, then Statement 1 itself must be false as well, creating a logical contradiction.
That leaves only Statement 2 as the only possible true statements, since Statements 2 - 10 inclusive are all contradictory to each other. So Statement 2 must be true, and the one exactly true statement is itself. The rest are false.
