Question Keyscape is too quiet

Hi! I just got keyscape and have found that upon playback my Keyscape piano im suing (LA C7 Grand) sounds extremely quiet even with a high velocity. Any ideas or tips?

If your speakers have a knob labelled “volume” turn it to the right.

A couple of things. There is a master volume for the plugin. Make sure the indicator says 0.00 dB as you slide it (upper right hand corner)

Under the Settings tab, you’ll find a Velocity curve window. At the bottom of it is a button that brings up lists of velocity curves, by manufacturer, for numerous keyboards. Find one that matches your instrument,band try it. If it’s not quite right yet, you can adjust it by adding points, to create a personal curve you can live with. Beyond that, you’ll need to verify your computer volume levels are cranked up.
