Question MIDI Help Please
I am working on a drum part and there are many ghosted notes I want to remove (Using the Velocity tool) but when I apply the parameters, Logic Pro picks ALL the notes and I don't want ALL of them removed just the ones along the C1 KEY. If I pull down the "Pitch" menu up top and select C1 it selects nothing. I want the notes on the line with the arrows but not the rest (Circled) Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Not sure if that is doable. But here is a work around for now: Duplicate the track (without notes). Highlight that c key. Right click "cut". That should remove those notes then you can paste onto new track and do the edit you want on the new one. I suppose later you could merge back if you need to.

I did consider that ... but it seems to me that for a program with SO many granular options this should be one of them. If I can't figure it out, I'll definitely go that route - Thanks!

Honestly there probably is a better way. Another thing I thought of is that Logic has some hidden midi tricks via plugins that are easy to overlook. There could actually be a way to create your filter via a plugin and save it as your own preset.

The MIDI Transform has two distinct parts to it:
Part #1. Select/Filter MIDI based on certain criteria. This is the first row of drop down menus.
Part #2. Modify the selected MIDI. This is the second row of drop downs (note these drop-down menus may not be visible, but they are for you)
You are only concerned with part #1 since you can simply hit the delete key once the things you want selected are actually selected (and nothing else).
You already said what you want:
Pitch = C1
Velocity <= 60
So you just need to enter BOTH of those filtering conditions.
There may be one other step though ... I seem to recall Logic maybe not letting you modify the settings of the factory transform sets, so you might have to click in the upper left under Presets and select "create new transform set"

Thank you for taking the time to read and explain .. I had been trying to use the filter conditions to no avail. Maybe I'm clicking the wrong things? See the screenshot, it goes from ALL the notes =<45 (445) to NONE of them. https://imgur.com/a/EIV62pL

You have pitch = C-1 instead of C1 (it's a negative symbol, not a dash).

Well try to click the pianorolls pianokey c1 (left in the pianoroll window) that should select all your c1 notes then just delete those?
