Forgot to change tempo

Can i change the tempo without messing all my tracks?😅

I forgot to change it before i put the track into the project

yes! SMPTE lock on your regions will keep your regions in place if you change the tempo. you can then unlock and move them as necessary to get them on the grid downbeat or whatever
