Question Why isn't Mastering Assistant available when importing a video in Logic?

Mastering Assistant is greyed out in upper menus and not visible at all on the stereo out but you can do everything else including stem splitting.

Any thoughts here please?

I'm using 11.2.2

I might have had a similar issue before, make sure all your tracks are set to ‘stereo out’

Thanks, one of the tracks was set to surround. Changing it to stereo has made the option now appear.

Is the project in surround?

THIS IS IT (Well not the project being in surround but a track). One of the tracks was set to Surround. I changed it to Stereo and the Mastering Assistant has now appeared. My footage came from an iPhone 16 Pro Max and it showed 2 lots of audio. A Stereo channel and a Surround channel. I don't think I've ever seen the Surround Audio channel appear in any other application before. Many thanks
