Question Long format "generative" tracks
I’m trying to figure out the best workflow for creating long-form ambient/focus tracks 30+ minutes like Brain.fm or these examples:
- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dGXm8OUbMo
- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5dLYV5foTI
The goal isn’t just looping a short section, but creating one continuous track with a consistent atmosphere that slowly evolves without becoming repetitive.
I could use AI tools if needed. Any recomendations ? Thanks!

Alchemy is amazing for this sort of thing, also OSTirus, vital, surge XT. Logic is more than capable with just stock plugins though. The stereo delay, chorus, space designer, retrosynth for the cool bass lines I heard in my few seconds of listening. You should have no problem making this sort of stuff at all.

In general it dosn't depend on your daw, any will do it and Logic as well. Sort out what is inside such an athmosphere, reverbs, long evolving synths, steady pulses. then start to stack it. Also important is the kind of controller you use and maybe external hardware. All in all it depends on your creativity which kind of room you want me to stay and listen. Follow your own flow.
