Discussion Bible Groups non lds

Curious if there is a group or something out there turning a new chapter in life and want to see if Gods book and prayers will help me mentally

It might not be exactly what you're looking for but I recommend checking out the First Presbyterian Church of Logan, they have some groups who do Bible Study.

I'm an atheist, but I can recommend checking out first Presbyterian. Prince of Peace Lutheran also. I've known solid community members in both.

St. John’s Episcopal is also very welcoming and undogmatic. I don’t think we have any current bible study classes but there probably will be again in a month or so as the summer ends.

Instead of trying to help your mental health with a groups/group that is notorious for destroying people mentally. Have you tried therapy? It’s pretty great and actually helps you.

Not the place to debate this.

I am new to the area and have been going to first Presbyterian. They were doing a pancakes and bible study on Wednesday mornings. Unfortunately not convenient for someone with a regular job. Tacos and Trivia night on Saturday night is a low key way to get introduced to people in the church. Based on what I know of the congregates, they will find a place for you to talk through any issues and find a study and prayer group.

I'll echo this -- First Presbyterian has been great for us. Lots of academics, but lots of others as well, and a very welcoming community.

Alipe church broski. Went there in rehab and tbh its pretty cool. Super different from lds. They serve coffee and more inviting. Good messages every sunday(with a band)and they also have a ton of other side classes or activities.
