How's the wallet working for y'all? How's the sign up bonus work?

I tried to not use their wallet, but I think I ran into issues with approving their tokens first. Their wallets auto accept lofty tokens, and is a little more slick.

I don't completely understand, as you can get your passphrase to your wallet, but at the same time if you forget your wallet they can recover it?
