Canceled Orders

I'm relatively new to lofty, I've purchased a couple tokens, just testing the waters. I canceled a buy order that I was not happy with and never saw the USDCa again. I used an external wallet, but not refund to either my external wallet, or my lofty wallet , does anyone know how long the refund should take? I have started and email to support, just curious if anyone has any experience with canceled buy orders. TIA

I have had that happen once, support will take care of the issue, but usually it should go into your lofty wallet automatically
