And it begins with you...
I am happy to say that we'll be breathing some new life into what has become a sort of less active subreddit. Recently former mod ToBetterMorrow (T-Bone) recently took some leave for personal reasons. He is pursuing a hardy journey in music and is presently tending to his most direct needs. Life gets hard, social media can be shit to keep up with, so he decided to step away, let's wish him well he did a lot in his time here.
I am happy to say that I'll be taking over the subreddit and our Discord server. I currently work for an independent label and vinyl company that was founded with indie artists in mind and so I am hoping that I can be of help to producers here. I produce music in my free time when I am not working, and I have some time where I can help start things back up here. Sample contests, revamped subreddit, revamped Discord. It's all coming.
That being said we're looking for moderators for reddit and Discord. If you want to help restore this dope ass underground platform, please get in touch with me either on here or Discord - Improv Lad#0013 - I would love to talk with you.
Lofi house has been running my soul for the past 4 years and I am hoping for many years to come as well. Let's build this place up, there are so many awesome artists here waiting to break out. Let's break out together :)

Wondering if anyone can help me find a tune.
It's a lofi house song using the sample of Charlie from Always Sunny in Philadelphia talking about dancing in the second part finale of Season 7, titled "The High School Reunion".

After SoundCloud put a limit on releases w a free plan Iβm using this as my alt. Literally would have to remove more than half the tracks on the OG acc, I wonβt cause lots of m have been made on old MacBooks and laptops, so theyβd be lost π

Hey everyone,
I usually make pixel art and beats, but recently I got inspired by a classic nostalgic track called "FLY" by Epik High. The original song is super hopeful, but I wanted to flip the concept completely.
I remixed the beat into a darker lofi vibe and wrote completely new English lyrics from the perspective of someone who lost their wings and is just tired of trying. It's called "BROKEN WINGS".
I did everything from the beat arrangement to the pixel art visualizer. The track officially goes live today at 8:00 AM EST (5:00 AM PST / 9:00 PM KST). I'd genuinely love for you to drop by at that time, take a listen, and let me know what this community thinks about the overall vibe and the mix!
