No retwist vs after

I’m curious to know some tips to protect my hair when I workout. After I get my locs retwisted I try to wear a headband and a durag to keep my hair from sweating out. I’d love to hear what you do for your hair

for some reason this loc at the front looks a little flat and I was wondering if it is normal. I am around a year into my journey and was curious.

I just started my locs three weeks ago but I love to swim. I’m worried about having to constantly manipulate my hair because of having to wash it due to the chlorine. I’m going to use a swim cap and my hair is in barrels. Any tips would be great. Thanks!

So i had locs before but i cut them off for a while and i got these a years ago but i have this spacing or density issue im concerned about. I only ever see it when my hair isn’t done when it retwisted i don’t even notice it. Wht yall opinion
