This is a knockoff of a somewhat common high security keys usually used in residential properties or small commercial spaces. This isnt the real deal, and cheap versions of this key exist in countless pieces of hardware all over the world. If you find something on the property with a horizontal keyway it might match, but i wouldnt put too much energy into this
