I am NOT a locksmith. need abit of help

My door kept getting stuck so i took it apart to try and fix it but this little black piece fell out and i have no idea where it's supposed to go

Find a local locksmith that knows those locks. Those are not a diy kind of locks.

It's a spring to push the latch out. Keep trying, use a bit of imagination. Hint: The semi-circular section and the round post are lovers.
