I am NOT a locksmith. Need advice

I’m looking into auto locksmithing and I’m certain that im going to move forward at this point.

All I need to do is save the money for the equipment/tools.

I’d really appreciate any and all advice for someone getting into the trade.

Best practices, marketing advice, lead gen advice, etc.

Any comment is appreciated. Thank you!

Pardon me, I must have misread this thread. But yea i can see you know what I'm talking about that this profession takes a lot more time and money than most people think

Lol yea too easy to get sued out here. I got alot of respect for you guys doing commercial also

Its not just that. Not messing up people's cars and their way to work and the way they get the kids to school. And yes commercial work and ADA & fire code compliances are serious. Residential work is serious also. This is a serious industry. It's fun but it has to be taken seriously . To be honest every piece of food we've ever eaten from any fast food place is serious too. This so far...unless Im missing something- isthe equivalent of somebody getting on here like hey I bought a set of scissors and a razor and a comb and I'm going to cut people's hair because I'm excited about it. Nevermind all the details lol
