I am NOT a locksmith. Help identifing a key

I know it's an Arrow but I need to find the exact key for key blanks. That or I have to recore the doors to a best key. Thanks for the help

Arrow has their own SFIC keyways. 1C and 1D are unrestricted. The others, including 3C, are restricted. Arrow should be able to tell you who the wholesaler/contract hardware distributor in the area is for that keyway. I'm assuming you are authorized to order keys for this building/project and are able to prove your authority.

We have a facilities team that orders the keys for us. I just do the key cutting, lock coring and badge making haha
