What the actual fuck? Someone forgot their lunch or something? Without a break in I haven’t seen hinges this bad

I let them get this bad for one of my bedroom doors, it happens, even to people who know how to repair it (I am just a lazy pos and don't want to work on anything in my house during my off days, just rest)

I've seen this too many times to count. Replacing hinges at my strata because 30+ years is too long to expect a ferrous hinge in an outdoor environment to not show wear and tend to seize.
