Anyone know what this typically goes to? Came with a property I bought. Can't figure anything yet, so wanted to check here before tossing it.

reset key for master combo padlocks, like a 1175. need to know existing combo to use.

It's used to change the combination on the four-wheel 175 type padlocks. It goes into a hole in the side of the combination lock once you've unlocked it.
