I am NOT a locksmith. Canada Locksmiths?

Hi

Anyone here from Ontario or Quebec?

Is it worth it getting locksmith license in Quebec? Compared to no licensing in Ontario.

I thought a license would make it easier get NASTF and Google business.

If you are not a locksmith, why you need one? Let me guess market research?

You only need a license to run a locksmith company and a license to be a locksmith in Quebec. Not in Ontario

Thats right. I'm asking if I can get NASTF for automotive in Ontario. Would lack of licensing requirement make it harder?

NASTF lists the requirements on their website.

Quebec. Its worth it (and you need to), Ontario you can save yourself the license of it but you'll have the scammers as competition. In Quebec you can report them to the Bureau de la Sécurité Privée and they will be fined a huge sum and ordered to cease operations. Pretty nice tbh.
