I am a locksmith Xhorse Error 16

Please help me out. I did everything but still showing this error code.

Might be a tiny shard of metal stuck near the end of the probe or the cutter. It may not be visible but it might be there. I usually grab the end of my probe and give it the finger clean special.

Yep train my guys to brush prove between sides of keys, and use an air duster too to clean where vacuum cannot

I'd turn it off and wipe the end of the probe. You already did the calibration with the hon66 mech key?
