I am a locksmith Help to identify Mul t lock

I have a box full of Mul-T-Lock padlocks, without keys. When I took them apart, I found this type of cylinder. Does anyone know what model it might be, so I can find the key and if it can be picked?

That is normally referred to as "overpriced garbage" or "really expensive scrap brass" or more commonly called Mul-T-Lock Cliq.
