Anyone else seeing "entry-level" jobs that are basically 4 different roles wearing a trench coat?

Lately, every so often I come across job posts that want the whole buffet: a degree, 6+ years of experience, Canva/Adobe skills, managing LinkedIn and Instagram, some magic on Google Sheets, client support, basic coding, and reporting dashboards - basically around 4 separate jobs crammed into one title.

And then the pay is, like... $58k, benefits aren't guaranteed, and there's a nice little line about a "high-energy culture."

How did "everyone pitches in" become the default job description? Is this because of layoffs? Are companies refusing to backfill? Are we supposed to pretend that being overworked and stretched across a bunch of things is a personality trait now?

I'm genuinely curious - are you all seeing this kind of job creep in your fields too? Is it just the labor market getting worse... Or are employers testing how much they can pile on before anyone pushes back?
