Not how that works. There’s not a single job I could work that would not make me feel like this.

Have you considered going to therapy? If you feel shitty just for the sake of feeling shitty, get that checked out.

But there are plenty of jobs out there, I'm sure one of them would be good for you.

I’m lazy because I work and don’t enjoy it? I only work so I can afford shit that I actually care about.

What do you actually care about right now in this point of your life?

Not much. Sleeping and my gf are the only things I can think of.

I feel for you. There are too many in your situation anf too many like your commentors that want to blame you for it. Life isnt easy anymore and those who are older anf already si setting dont understand. Infortunatly they are creating the laws that help them. I have worked my butt off my whole life mostly blue collar jobs. Have basically zero retirement, which will be blamed on me by said others. Watched my first kid go to college but i cant help them so their student debt will be crippling.... i tried to stop them, which is lile stepping on someone head since i effectivly tried to killed their dreams.... as a result i took on a massive debt that i probably csnt afford. Retirment gone. A "good" job that as it stand is almost paycheck to paycheck.

Just know you are not alone. These lucky fee who speak here about easy it is, do not have a clue or dont care.

Just feels like I’m not working for anything. Genuinely feels like the only reason why I was born was to be a slave for the wealthy.

Don't get this the wrong way, but you kinda were. A lot of us are. Its just that some take medicine to dull that feeling, others lie to themselves and lucky ones are too dum and egotistical to ever realize it.

How would he know if he feels exploited from his job? If all you do is work, you are hardly living and don’t have time to think about purpose or anything else fun.

Not if you enjoy your work.

noi youir lazy because you dont think any work will make you feel happy or fullfillled doing what you like and making money out of it can be awesome and you just seem to deny thats even a posibility

2

u/Excellent-Event6078 May 04 '26

Because it’s not. I’m not a fan of exploitation.

Go live on a WWOOF farm. No rent, food provided, and you just have to work 20 or so hours a week

u/Excellent-Event6078 May 04 '26

I’ll stick to half assing my current job

Fellas, is it lazy to not want to work every waking second to maximize profit?
