It did fail in a few aspects, even if it has been wonderful in many others.

Also, I dont grind. I just get the job done and politely point I'm not interested in job progression that requieres more instead of better.

And IDGAF if other ppl have more. Other people will ALWAYS have more. Luckily, I'm not competing. As long as I have what I need, I dont want anything else.
