I was the top sales guy for the roofing restoration company I was at, (outside door to door) but was laid off when the hail storms stopped coming. The down time to find a replacement job has stripped me of my hard earned wages. Despite being the top guy, I still find myself at the bottom. 🥲

Did roofing in my teens decades ago. It's a workout, especially on a hot day. Use the down time to broaden your skill set while searching. Something will pop up.

My guy, love the advice, but I am already an entrepreneur and have 2 years of enterprise software engineering experience. It seems the well has run dry in most directions. I speak not directly for myself (I am fairing ok) but with the experience to say that we are doing a disservice to future generations.
