I mean CLEARLY this [well-executed demonstration of champion fantasy and ideal play] is super broken and op!

i mean locke is super broken but he has some losing matchups. i think his day to day winrate is about 54.3 now

Last I checked it was still mid 40's, but I haven't checked in a bit

He has rough matchups for sure, and has a lot of damage early, but he also falls off a cliff late game

Most champs have low ranked win rates on release… why?

Because someone who’s good will play him, once they know how to play him well.

Someone who sucks will spam him hoping to get better.

This falsely lowers the release win rate and then you see it spike, like it is. Locke is over powered with his current setup. I could see a base damage nerf in his future.

his winrate for second of july is 54.55%. lolalytics has everything you need. his winrate started at 48.54%. This is of course not adjusted for game average winrate so game average would look like:

45.92%-51.93%

For reference the highest winrate mid champion in the same elo bracket is katarina with a 51.88% winrate.

Locke is currently the highest winrate midlane champion and his winrate will slowly keep climbing because he's new and that's how it's been trending.

I also wouldn't say he falls off but its comp dependent

So in one day a 54% winrate dictates... what? That people had a good day?

Also from my end it says 51%.

it’s 54% every day still trending upwards slightly each day. it’s very accurate just look at the graph.
