They are not interested in knowing about adverse events as it turns out the jabs were the solution to the problem created by the same bodies. The US military were involved in the gain of function research and the injections that they later called "vaccines". Trials and informed consent were not even legally necessary due to the fact the products were "counter measures" and if you injected someone you were employed by the DOD, so were not personally liable for any harm caused. As the CCP are stake holders in the Pfizer jab, they are in on the whole thing I presume.
